its another long day im fealing bummed cuz im in a lot of pain dont whant my head to hurt like that night agian it was realy bad

i ended up in the er last night i was in sooooo much pain im scared that that pain will comeback pray for me

I'm going on a diet because i got an allergy test saying a was allergic to eggs peanuts dairy and  beef so I'm trying that and i kind of like rice milk!

i am in a lot of pain my migraines are now on regular 18/10 all of you who are watching this pleas keep praying and if any of you have migraines keep pushing on cause it will get better, that is how i live my life telling myself that god bless!

we stopped the dhea protacall couse it hurts my arm so mush and i got clot blood vanes the iv is out now its a relief to get it out
